A pioneer in Corporate Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management, Sheila spent over 25 years at JP Morgan Chase in New York City, where she led teams through pivotal organizational shifts to successfully drive innovation, enhance performance, and navigate complex changes. Her innovative leadership helped introduce an industry-leading Diversity strategy, successfully navigate numerous mergers and acquisitions, and enable managers to better develop, engage, and motivate teams to peak performance.
Next, Sheila headed Talent Management for the Americas region at The Linde Group, a global leader in industrial gasses and engineering. During her seven-year tenure, she introduced cutting-edge talent strategies to elevate leadership performance, introduced processes to identify, develop and retain top talent, launched a diversity and inclusion strategy, and strengthened organizational culture. In her next role at Bayer, she expanded her influence by enhancing talent management processes and pioneering mindfulness workshops that empowered teams to navigate organizational change more quickly and effectively. In 2019, driven by her lifelong passion for personal and professional growth, Sheila became an ICF-certified professional coach and later deepened her expertise through certification in the neuroscience backed, transformative Neuro-Identity Evolution methodology™. These certifications deepened the impact of her work, utilizing her natural intuition and mindfulness practices with cutting edge neuroscience, while leveraging her vast business experience in developing thousands of leaders and teams to achieve peak performance. Launching her own coaching firm, Sheila now partners with leaders and teams, guiding them through personal and organizational transitions with her uniquely tailored approach. "Change is personal," Sheila often says. While many change models focus on what needs to shift, Sheila focuses on teaching leaders and their teams how to create those shifts, offering practical methodologies to drive meaningful, sustainable transformation.
Sheila’s own journey of transformation is captured in her bestselling book, The Power of Living Unscripted: Reclaim Creative Control of Your Life. In this deeply personal work, she shares her story of navigating life's unpredictability and shares the tools and insights that helped her navigate her path to transform her life, offering them as a roadmap for anyone ready to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and growth. She continues to inspire others through her coaching, TEDx Talk; Self Trust and Transformation, her contributions as a columnist for The Little Pink Book and guest spots on numerous podcasts.
